కూరలు ఫ్రై చేస్తే ఇష్టపడని వారు ఉండరు. ఈ క్యాబేజీ కూర కూడా ఫ్రై చేస్తే చాలా బాగుటుంది.
కావలసిన పదార్ధాలు :
క్యాబేజీ — 1 (medium sized finely chopped)
ఉల్లిపాయ — 1
పర్చిమిర్చి — 2
ఆయిల్ — 3-4 spoons
పసుపు — 1/4 tsp
ఉప్పు — తగినంత
కారం — తగినంత
గరం మసాలా — తగినంత
Mundu ga baandi petti oil vesi , vedi ayyaka pachi senagapappu, jeera, mustard , curry leaves vedi popu pettali. tharvatha sanna ga tarigina ulli mukkalu, pachi mirchi mukkalu vesi 1-2 mins vegaka cabbaga mukkalu vesi oka 2 mins high flame lo veginivvaali.
Tharvutha oka 10mins low flame lo baandi meeda plate vesi cabbage mukkalni magganivvali.
sagam maggina cabbage mukkala ki pasupu , taginantha salt vesi tippali.
cabbage 3/4th udikindi anukunnaka plate theesi vesi chillipowder, garam masala powder vesi tippali.
Tharuvtha oka 5mins high flame lo fry ni tipputhu undali.
motham mukkala lo vachina water antha igiripoyi koncham kinda light ga maadatham start ayinappudu stove off cheyyali.
Cabbage stir fry ni rotis/rice tho thinavachu.
P.S : Fry koncham slight ga maadinattu vasthe baaga ruchi ga unthadi.
Cauliflower – 1 (medium sized)
onion – 1 (medium sized) optional
green chillies — 2
ginger garlic paste — 1/2 spoon
garm masala powder – 1/2 spoon
salt – to taste
chilli powder — 1/2 spoon
oil – 3 spoons
This is simple gobi fry receipe. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and put it in salt water for 5mins.
Now take a kadai and add 3 spoons of oil to it. Once oil is heated add tadka, chopped onions and green chillies.
Fry for 2mins and add ginger garlic paste and turmeric to it.
Fry for 2mins and add cauliflower peices to it. It will take 10-15mins on low flame for cauliflower to get cooked. Now add salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder .
Fry for 5mins and the dish can be served !!
P.S : Dont put lid on kadai while frying it such that it gives goods fried taste to gobi.
Add 3 spoons of oil into kadai and add chana dal, jeera, mustard for seasoning. Then add onions and green chillies into the pan and fry it ofr 1-2mins. Now add medium sized potata pieces and fry for 5-10mins till it become soft. Now add chopped methi and salt. Close the lid and cook it for 10min till methi and aloo is cooked completely. Also water need to be completely drained by now. Add chilli powder and garam masala powder to it. Fry for 1-2 min and switch off the stove. Garnish the same with corriander.

Take a kadai and heat the oil. Add cumin seeds, jeera, chana dal , red chillies, curry leaves to it. Then add 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste to it and fry for 1-2 minutes on low flame(such that the raw smell of paste is gone). Add grated carrot to it and fry for 5-10 minutes on low flame. Then add salt for taste and fry it till the raw taste of carrot is gone. Add chilli powder, garam masala powder to it and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add grated coconut powder to it and fry for 4-5 mintes.
Garnist it with corriander leaves. Anthey carrot fry is ready.
This is an easy receipe to prepare and anyone who generally doesnt like paneer too will luv it. Especially it will be an attractive and interesting dish to kids.
Paneer – 250 gms(preferably grated ones)
Onions – two medium sized
Tomatoes – two medium sized
Green chillies – 3 (cut into small pieces) .
Oil – 3-4 spoons
Salt – to taste
Corriander – to garnish
Take a kadai and add 3-4 spoons of oil to it. Add cumin seeds, jeera to it. Then add chopped onion pieces and chillies and fry for 3-4 min . Add tomatoes to it and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add grated paneer and salt to taste. Fry for 5 min or till the water is completely dried. Add pinch of chilli powder if you want it to be more spicy.
Put off the stove and garnish it with corriander leaves. This is good with rotis /rice too.
