Cabbage cut into small peices – 2 cups
Green chillies – 8
tamarind – 1 spoon pulp
Garlic cloves – 2 to 3
Jeera – 1 spoon
- Fry finely chopped cabbage, green chillies, tamarind in a small pan with one spoon of oil
- Add little bit of turmeric while frying
- Fry around 10-15 mins in low flame and switch off the stove
- Once the mixture is cool, Grind it along with one spoon of jeera , few corriander leaves, garlic cloves and salt added
- Take a pan and prepare tadka using little bit of chana dal, urad dal, jeera, mustart, curry leaves, two red chillies .
- Add tadka to grinded chutney.
